what all the fuss is about

Why Spray Foam?

Why is spray foam insulation superior to conventional batt and blow-in insulation?
Imagine heading down the mountain on a perfect powder day. Would you rather tackle that slope in a stack of wool sweaters or a modern, wind-proof winter coat?
Conventional fiberglass and cellulose insulation is like those wool sweaters for your home. In ideal conditions, it slows down the movement of warm air out of your attic and walls. But add any sort of wind, and it cuts right through—brrr.
Spray foam, on the other hand, forms a tight seal wherever it’s applied, preventing air leaks and drafts. This means no loss of warm air, which can greatly improve your home’s energy efficiency and reduce heating and cooling costs.
Spray foam insulation also fills in small cracks and crevices that batt insulation might miss, providing a more complete insulation solution. It seamlessly tucks around all your doors and windows.
And here’s the best part—spray foam insulation is more durable and long-lasting than batt insulation, which can settle and lose effectiveness over time. Apply it once, and you’re done.
Choosing spray foam insulation is like upgrading to that modern, wind-proof winter coat—it offers superior protection, comfort, and efficiency. Are you interested in a cozy and energy-efficient home? Give us a call and find out more about how spray foam can help you out.
what to expect

The AirSeal Process

We understand how important it is to know what to expect when you invite a contractor into your home or project. That’s why we’ve developed the AirSeal Process, ensuring the highest quality customer experience.

The Estimating Process

Contact Us: You reach out by phone or email. We’ll work with you to determine if spray foam insulation is the right fit for your project.

Estimate: Whether it’s through emailed plans, a site visit, or both, we’ll gather all the info needed to provide you with a detailed quote.

Before We Start

Hiring Us: Once you decide to go with us, we’ll have you sign the estimate and a clarifications document. This ensures we’re all on the same page about what’s to come.

Scheduling: At that point, we’ll also provide an approximate service date and stay in touch with you about the timing. We know that project schedules can shift due to other subcontractors, inspections, or weather. We’ll work with you to get the job done when you need it.

    Installation Day

Our Crew: Gale and Taylor will arrive early on the day of spraying (unless we’ve communicated otherwise). Look out for them in their ASI uniforms and bright smiles!

Protection: Like spray paint, spray foam can leave a fine overspray. Our crew will carefully assess (with your input) which items and areas need to be masked. Whether it’s new construction or a living room remodel, we ensure everything is properly covered.

Installation: For safety, we ask that the job site be clear of residents and other subcontractors, as the chemicals released during installation aren’t safe to breathe (our crew wears full protective gear). The foam will be finished off-gassing and your space will be safe to occupy within twenty-four hours.

Clean Up: When we’re done, all you’ll see is the beautiful foam where you wanted it. We clean up thoroughly, vacuuming up any particles and removing all masking.
